TrendLead

Spacial Exhibition Design

This project aims to create an experience to increase & diversify shoppers for Home Depot, as most of Home Depot’s consumer needs are dedicated to construction workers and home projects. Since this project was created early on during the pandemic, especially when California was in a stay-at-home order, we were socially deprived as most of our communication happened through social media. With the rise of tictok and at-home planting, an opportunity was taken to get a new array of audiences by attracting millennials who aren’t as committed to adopting a pet and would like to have a companion at home. I created an experience to bring the trend into planting, and I call it, TrendLeaf.

Social Media Marketing opportunity

An essential part of this campaign is the social media sector. Once customers take selfies with their new plant, they can share them on their social media platform. Customers are then encouraged to tag TrendLeaf so that images would be more accessible. People can then view it on either TrendLeaf’s social media page or our website.

Video recordings are also just as important as they encourage people to engage with the exhibition, resulting in a memorable experience. Customers are encouraged to use the digital photo booth to record boomerangs, TikToks, or traditional videos.

People can take photos at TrendLeaf and post on their Social Media Platform
